What Was On The Plate?

There's a little game via e-mails where people share easy-to-make recipes...am collecting the ones i receive here. Also will encourage the good practice of sharing the receipts with my friends who participate in the game to contribute in comments the ideas they get...i know Viktoria you also need pictures, so everybody who actually try something out could make a photo and add it to their comment or a link to the photo (am not sure whether it is possible to actually add one in the comments).

So,What Was On The Plate?

  3. Evelin told me about cold herring-"home"chese sauce:

    1 pack (300g) "home"cheese
1 oack (220g) slightly salted herring
1 mid-siza onion, in spring hand full of green onions
    4 cucumbers in marinade
    1 pack (500g) 20% sourcream
    a bit salt

make onion, herring, cucumbers into small pieces. put into pot with "home"cheese and sourcream and mix. put some salt and place it to soma cold place for it to become tasty!

piel potatoes and boil them. call 3 frineds and invite them for a meal (they have to show up during the time while potatoes are boiling)

came with WARNING: highly tasty sauce may cause you to explode!

    bon apetit!

  5. from Lea:

    Potato pancakes
    3 eggs
3-4 soup spoon full of flour
    0,2 l sour cream
    1 kg potatoes
    spices

mix eggs and sour cream, add spices, flour. add piled and chopped potatoes to the mix and bake thin crunchy cakes, add some chopped cheese.

advice: place the cookies next to each other instead of on top of each other, then they stay crunchy!!

    Head isu :)
